Fabricated pieces are available in any size and length of ductile iron pipe up to 30” diameter. They can be any combination of flanged, grooved, hub, or plain ends. Maximum length in all diameters is 17’ 6”. We also provide many other custom pieces and fabricating services.
Ductile Iron Pipe
Cement lined ductile iron pipe is stocked 3” through 30” diameter in the follow-ing classes. Other classes are available in each diameter upon request.

Flanges
Threaded ductile iron flanges are available in 125 lb/150psi or 250 lb/640psi. All flanges meet ANSI/AWWA C115/A21.15
Grooved Pipe
Grooved ends are made to meet victaulic style 31 cut groove dimensions. Other styles are available upon request.
Wall Collars
Wall collars for wall pipe are standard 2” high, 3/8” thick. They are continuously welded on one side. Custom sizes are available upon request. Heights of 6” and over are continuously welded on both sides.
Threadolets
Threadolets can be welded on any size pipe to create an inside threaded branch connection. They are available in sizes 1/8” - 6”
Finishes
Our pipes are coated with a standard black bituminous finish. Other finishes include red or blue prime or epoxy coating. Non standard finishes are available upon request.
Reducers
Reducers are available in any size configuration with a flanged, grooved, or plain end. They can be used to make a connection between two pieces of different sizes, even if they have different connecting ends. Any length of pipe is available to suit your needs. Please note that reducers require at least one flanged end.
Tangent Outlet
Tangent outlets can be welded on to any diameter or lengths to make a grooved or flanged outlet.
